Step Two: Join an affiliate network such as LinkShare (it's free) and familiarize yourself with their web page by clicking the link below.
Linkshare makes finding and applying to affiliate stores a snap.
Step Three: Search and then apply to affiliate companies that you want to represent on your blog.
Step Four: Once accepted, get adverting links and post them into your blog.
Step Five: Connect your Google Adsense account to your blog for a second money stream. Adsense pays you for advertisement clicks, not sales. Blogspot has a monetize tab that makes this very easy. You can also link it up to YouTube along with other sites.
Step Six: Promote your site. Cheap ads that bring traffic to your site, word of mouth, Facebook/Twitter posts...Be Everywhere!
If you haven't noticed already, the LinkShare ad is one of my affiliate networks and I get paid every time someone clicks on the other ads. It took less than five minutes to make this money making blog that you are reading now (I am also familiar with LinkShare and Blogspot). I realize this blog more than likely wont make more than $100, but imagine if you create a thousand of them. This is a simple-no risk way to make extra money.
